OneNote 2013 is a digital notebook for saving, sharing, and storing all your important information, from scribbled notes or important spreadsheets to your favorite photos and videos. What makes OneNote so popular and useful is that it integrates with the cloud; you can share and view your information wherever you go and on almost any mobile device, thus freeing up storage on your computer’s hard drive.

Special Features of OneNote 2013

As with many Microsoft products, OneNote makes it easy and convenient to put all of your work and notes together in one place. If you're familiar and comfortable with traditional three-ring binders, you’ll love what OneNote has to offer. In addition to keeping all your notes and ideas in one place, OneNote lets you insert photos, videos and documents. You can write and edit documents with a mouse, stylus, or even your finger. OneNote can even turn your own handwriting into text.

Never again will you lose all of your work because you forgot to save it. OneNote automatically saves all of your work as it is being typed! Your data is also saved online to either SharePoint or OneDrive; if you send something to a friend, you can be assured that they will view exactly what you sent – the latest version. And no longer will you have to wait until you get home or back to the office to view your notes. They can be viewed on your tablet, laptop, iPhone, Windows phone, iPad or Android phone any time, wherever you happen to be. All you need is an Internet connection. OneNote 2013 is even compatible with Windows 8.

System Requirements for OneNote 2013

To use OneNote 2013, your computer must have a processor of at least 1 GHz with one of the following operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008R2, or Windows Server 2012. OneNote requires at least 3 GB of hard drive space and 1 GB of RAM memory for a 32-bit computer, and 2 GB of RAM on a 64-bit machine.
